Meet Henry

henryrollins
This man is Henry Rollins.

He is one mean mother, as you can probably tell.

He is also a publisher, stand up comedian, poet and bodybuilder.

This is from his essay where he talks about lifting weights, something he credits with saving his life.

This is a famous quote, the whole of the last paragraph, all about the importance of a grounded reference point, a fixed True North.

As iron is to Henry, so   purpose is to the work.
