  1. Why do managers and internal comms people keep sending messages to people? Don’t they realise it’s not just a waste of time, but counterproductive? Likewise customer / staff / stakeholder / brand engagement programmes. You can no more engage someone than you can dance them. I’ve been saying this (oh dear – messages? *) for 10 years but no one wants to hear. They have too much invested in their flawed models and practices. * Where’s that fairy dust?

    That’ll be the problem. You’ve been using Fairy Dust. You need Pixie Dust. Fairy Dust only works with ISO9001 magic.
