A prediction, a plan, a wish or a warning?

“The individual, once transformed, will:

  • Set an example
  • Be a good listener, but will not compromise
  • Continually teach other people
  • Help people to pull away from their current practice and beliefs and move into the new philosophy without a feeling of guilt about the past”

  1. Nice. I love that “…but will not compromise” statement. There is far too much talk of compromise in business. Compromise is about seeking the lowest common denominator, about settling, about giving up. It has nothing to do with creativity and innovation. There is no magic in compromise.

    Thanks for the comment.
That bit about “Listening” reminded me of something and I just posted it, right above here.
