I’ve had to draw this from memory, it’s from something I saw on the Internet years ago, but I have since lost. If anyone knows what the original is please leave a link in the comments and I will properly attribute ownership.

It is from indexed by Jessica Hagy. She does a daily index card with some form of graph or chart. Well worth an hour or more of your valuable time.
